Aledo Dance Academy
Why Choose Us
What Every Parent Should Consider Before Choosing A Dance Studio
1. Facilities of the Studio
Your child will spend his/her dance time in the studio; thus, it is very important for the studio to utilize top-quality equipment and features, in order to give your child the best experience possible. We offer our dancers state-of-the-art facilities with spacious dance rooms.
2. Class Placement/Size
Something you have likely worried about is how dance classes are formed, what ages are together, how big are the classes, what is the range of skill levels, etc. We are very careful in organizing our classes according to both age and skill level. We limit our dance classes to 8-15 students per class depending on the age of the students. This enables the instructor to evaluate each student individually, giving the students the personal attention they need to progress.
3. Teachers/Instruction
When you're looking for a dance studio for your child, you want to know who the teachers are, their qualifications, and what they are teaching. As a parent or guardian, you are naturally concerned about what your child is being taught when he or she is not at home.
Our Instructors' Qualifications
All of our instructors are qualified and knowledgeable about what they teach. Each has received extensive training in dance, whether it is from a university or under the tutelage of a master instructor, so your child will receive the best dance education available. We implement a full dance curriculum in each class; this gives the teachers a basis for training that aligns itself with the overall vision of the studio as well as the latest trends in dance training.
Our Teaching Environment
We can provide your dancer with a teaching environment you won't be able to find anywhere else. When we teach your children, we teach them principles of integrity as well as principles of dance. Our approach to teaching creates a positive and loving environment for our students. Our training stresses the importance of high self-esteem, spirituality, and integrity, because we know that if a child is equipped with these three principles, he or she will be able to move through life confidently, understanding his or her worth as an individual. We want our students to leave our studio having acquired not only dance skills, but also life skills.
4. Recital
Many parents regard recitals with dislike bordering on dread. Recital has the potential of being stressful, inconvenient, frustrating, and contentious. When it comes to recitals, we put on professional, high-quality performances and seek to alleviate all of the stress and worry that a recital can bring. We believe in creating pleasant, happy memories for families and for our students. Each student has the chance to perform in a professional, high-quality performance, making their important stage experience something they can look forward to.
